High Representative and Special Envoy of the European Union in Bosnia-Herzegovina Miroslav Lajčak said today at the press conference in Sarajevo that has accepted the offer Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fica to take over the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia on the condition that his appointment does not create a political institutional vacuum on its function in Bosnia-Herzegovina. He added that on Monday, 26 January, in Bratislava assume the position and then returns to Sarajevo. About his decision today, he met ambassadors of the members of the Peace Implementation Council of BiH Presidency and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers

Visoki predstavnik i specijalni izaslanik Evropske unije u BiH Miroslav Lajčak izjavio je danas na pres-konferenciji u Sarajevu da je prihvatio ponudu slovačkog premijera Roberta Fica da preuzme dužnost ministra vanjskih poslova Slovačke pod uslovom da to njegovo imenovanje ne stvori politički institucionalni vakum na njegovoj funkciji u BiH.
Dodao je da će u ponedjeljak, 26. januara, u Bratislavi preuzeti tu dužnost nakon čega se vraća u Sarajevo.
O svojoj odluci danas je upoznao ambasadore članove Vijeća za implementaciju mira Predsjedništvo BiH i predsjedavajućeg Vijeća ministara BiH
